5 BBL Pilot Brewhouse for Legend Brewing in Virginia

Project summary: Legend Brewing added a 5 bbl two-vessel brewhouse for pilot and small-batch work. The published case also references a later 3.5 bbl system. A pilot brewhouse gives an established brewery a separate scale for recipe development, specialty releases and training without occupying the main production system. The layout must still address grain handling, heating, wort cooling, cleaning and transfer into appropriately sized tanks.
